Hello, DEMO SLAMS. The perfect place to do so.​

For some years, I have been using Demo Slam to end learning conferences and summits. It’s a relaxed and fun way of sharing ideas. 

Demo Slams are great ways to build community and collaboration. Being so supporting of risk-takers -- embracing the IB-learner profile, and walking the walk. 

What it looks like:

• Demo Slams have volunteers who submit their awesomeness to the facilitator. Usually, I use a Google Form to collect ideas.
• Each demo lasts for around 3 minutes to present their awesomeness engagingly. If (because it will, it always does) tech fails, it’s all good, laugh it off. Move to the next volunteer and come back.
• At the end of the demos, the audience will vote for their favourite one. Great time to use an online poll -- Mentimeter is excellent!
